Will Gold has been working the dance scene with determined ambition since the turn of the millennium. Having enjoyed bi annual DJ residencies in Italy and Switzerland during this time, Will now concentrates mainly on his UK gigs and time well spent in the Studio. At the age of 27 Will refuses to be pigeon holed for any one sound - his genre busting sets have seen him booked recently as a guest alongside Mauro Picotto at Meganite, Scot Project for Religion in Italy, and Armin Van Buuren at Gatecrasher, to name but a few. This year has seen Will break through onto the production scene with a bang. Will’s recent hit ‘‘Mimic’’ gained instant and continued support from Judge Jules on Radio 1, Scott Mac, Agnelli & Nelson and all the usual suspects. Signed by the forward thinking Five AM records, the follow up promises to be another club smash. Found on Phase Seven Records is ‘’Empty Promise’’, another of Will’s recent hits. Hammered by Marco V and Sander Van Doorn on Eddie’s Radio 1 shows and landing in Sander’s top 5 for months, the follow up will once again see Will feature in the sets of the world’s greatest dance DJs. Fresh back from DJing in Poland and with the recent expansion of a no expense spared studio, the future holds no limits for one of the UK’s rising stars. |
